Elantha Pachidi


  • Elantha Vadai – 2 nos
  • Jaggery (grated) – 2 tbsp
  • Mustard seeds – 1/4 tsp
  • Red Chili – 1/2 no
  • Water – As needed
  • Oil – 1 tsp
  • Take a bowl mix the Elantha vadai with water using hand until it becomes gravy consistency.
  • Bring in to boil. Then add the grated jaggery and mix it well. Let it boil until idli batter consistency. Then switch off the stove.
  • Take  a kadai, heat the oil and add mustered seeds and red chili. Pour it in to the pachadi.
  • Serve it hot with vetha kuzhambu rice, paruppu usili rice, etc.
