SERVING SIZE – 4
INGREDIENTS:
- Elantha Vadai – 2 nos
- Jaggery (grated) – 2 tbsp
- Mustard seeds – 1/4 tsp
- Red Chili – 1/2 no
- Water – As needed
- Oil – 1 tsp
PREPARATION:
- Take a bowl mix the Elantha vadai with water using hand until it becomes gravy consistency.
- Bring in to boil. Then add the grated jaggery and mix it well. Let it boil until idli batter consistency. Then switch off the stove.
- Take a kadai, heat the oil and add mustered seeds and red chili. Pour it in to the pachadi.
- Serve it hot with vetha kuzhambu rice, paruppu usili rice, etc.
