Idli is one of the healthiest and easily digestible diet. You can give to even a 6 month old baby as well. Here comes the semi-easy part. The Batter is now ready to make spongy Idli’s :).

Preparation:
- Mix the Batter and you pour the batter in greased Idli plate.
- Keep it in the Idli cooker and bake/steam it for 8 to 10 minutes in the medium- high flame.
- The remaining rest of the batter can be kept in the refrigerator and be used up to a week.
- Serve the cooked hot Idli with Chutney/ Sambar and Gunpowder.
- And the super easy part – enjoy eating it :).
Tip:
- For babies you can give Idli with ghee and sugar.
- For stomach ache, eat Idli on top of gingili oil. It will cure soon.
Note:
- If the batter is too thick then you idly becomes hard. So add few spoons of water and mix it and then make idles.
- Make sure the batter is no too watery, then you can’t make Idli’s.
