A speacility Dosa that is sure to be liked by all.

Mint Dosa

Ingredients:

  • Dosa batter – as needed (depending up on the skillet size the measurement may vary)
  • Puthina chutney – as needed
  • Onion [M]– 1 no
  • Oil – for sprinkle as needed
Serves – as needed

Preparation:

Making of Mint Dosa
  • First things first. Follow the instructions/recipe here to make the Dosa Batter.
  • Heat the skillet. Take the Dosa batter in a ladle and spread thin and drizzle some oil. When its cooked spread the Puthina/Mint chutney and sprinkle some finely chopped onions. No need to flip other side. Cook the Dosa until golden color.
  • Enjoy the yummy Puthina/Mint Dosa with chutney and sambar

Note:

  • The Puthina/Mint chuntney should not be too watery. Keep it thick.
