A speacility Dosa that is sure to be liked by all.
- First things first. Follow the instructions/recipe here to make the Dosa Batter.
- Heat the skillet. Take the Dosa batter in a ladle and spread thin and drizzle some oil. When its cooked spread the Puthina/Mint chutney and sprinkle some finely chopped onions. No need to flip other side. Cook the Dosa until golden color.
- Enjoy the yummy Puthina/Mint Dosa with chutney and sambar
- The Puthina/Mint chuntney should not be too watery. Keep it thick.
