Awesome and delicious Paneer Tikka Masala that kindles the taste buds and make it dance to the tune of its taste. Here is my go at it and came out pretty good.

Ingredients:
- Onion [L] – 1 no (finely chopped)
- Tomato [M] – 2 no’s (make it puree)
- Turmeric powder – ¼ tsp
- Red chili powder – 1 tsp / to taste
- Coriander powder – 2 tsp
- Garam masala – ½ tsp
- Kasoori Methi / Dry fenugreek leaves – ½ tsp
- Ginger – garlic paste – 1 tsp
- Lemon/Lime juice – 1 tsp
- Heavy cream – ¼ cup
- Salt – to taste
- Coriander leaves – few
For seasoning:
- Oil – 2 tbsp
- Cumin seeds – ½ tsp
- Green chili – ¼ tsp (finely chopped)
To Marinate:
- Paneer – 200 gram (Cut into cubes)
- Onion [M] – ½ no (Cut into cubes)
- Tomato [M] – 1 no (Cut into cubes)
- Capsicum [S] – 1 no (Cut into cubes)
- Curd (thick) – ½ cup
- Lemon/Lime juice – 1 tbsp
- Turmeric powder – 2 pinches
- Red chili powder – 1 tsp
- Gram masala – ½ tsp
- Kasoori methi / Dry fenugreek leaves – ½ tsp
- Ginger – garlic paste – 1 tsp
- Salt – to taste
- Oil – for saute
Serves – 3 to 4 persons

Preparation:
- Take a Bowl and add Curd, Lemon juice, Red Chili powder, Turmeric powder, Garam Masala powder, Kasoori Methi and Salt. Mix it well. Add the cubed Onion, Tomato and Capsicum. Mix it well. Finally add the Paneer and gently mix it. Keep it aside for 30 minutes for Marination.
- Take a Pan and add/heat the oil. Add the Marinated Veggies and Paneer and spread it evenly. Let it cook and genly flip over it. Cook until paneer gets golden color. Take it out and keep it aside.
- Take a Kadai and add/heat the Oil. Add Cumin seeds. When it splutters, add the Green Chili. Add the Onion and sauté it well. When it’s translucent, add the Ginger-Garlic paste. Saute until onion gets golden color.
- Now add the Tomato puree and cook it until the raw smell is gone. Add the Red Chili powder, Turmeric powder, Coriander powder and Salt. Mix it well.
- Add the heavy Cream and mix it well (Cook it in the slow flame). When it comes to boil, add the Sautéed Panner and Veggies. Mix it well. Add the Lemon juice, Kasoori Methi, and Garam Masala powder. Mix it well. Switch off the flame. Finally garnish it with Coriander leaves.
- Enjoy the tasty Paneer Tikka Masala with Roti/Naan/Rice.
