- Carrot (finely chopped) – 3 tbsp
- Green Capsicum (finely chopped) – 3 tbsp
- Garlic (finely chopped) – 2 tsp
- Salt – to taste
- Oil – 2 tbsp
To Grind:
- Red Chili – 5 to 6 nos
- Whole Garlic – 5 nos
- Sugar – 1 tsp
- White Vinegar – 2 tbsp
- Gingelly oil – 2 tbsp
PREPARATION:
- Cook the basmati rice separately and let it cool.
- Soak the red chili in hot water for 10 minutes and drain the water.
- Grind the red chilies , garlic, gingelly oil, sugar , little water and add little salt. Grind it to the sauce consistency.
- Take a kadai, heat the oil, add the finely chopped garlic and sauté it for few minutes. Add the chopped veggies. Sauté it for 2 minutes. Add the sauce and sauté it until the raw smell is gone.
- Add the cooked basmati rice and salt and mix it well.
- Serve it hot with any Kurma.
Note:
- According to your spiciness you can add the sauce.
- If you have Celery veggie, you can add it by finely chopping it before adding rice.
I like the recepie.
