A very good alternative to the usual Dosa and one of the very easiest recipes to make in short time. Perfect for surprise guests and parties at short notice.

Ingredients:
- Raw Rice – 1 cup
- Grated coconut – ¼ cup
- Salt – ¼ tsp / to taste
- Water – 2 cups
Serves – 2 persons
Preparation Time – 4 hours
Cook Time – 5 min
Preparation:
- Soak the rice for 2 to 4 hours. Then drain the water and blend the Rice with coconut and ¾ cup of water into the smooth consistency. Take it out, mix it in a bowl with rest of the water and salt. It should be in the buttermilk consistency.
- Heat the skillet, and pour the ladle of batter (like how you do it for Rava Dosa). Sprinkle some oil. Cook it for few minutes and flip over the other side. And cook it for few minutes. The Dosa should be thin.
- Serve the hot Neer Dosa with Sambar/Onion chutney/Mint chutney/Gunpowder.
