Besan Dosa

May 20, 2014

One day I was wandering confused on what to make for dinner. Don’t want to do the usual stuff, but also don’t want to overdo myself. I saw this Besan flour isolated and asking my inner self – help me out of this isolation to be freed. Giving it a thought, I decide to do it a favor and the idea of Besan Dosa came to mind. And, it did come out well and the Besan was served its wish.
