One of my and my family favorite recipe – Masala Dosa. I am sure it’s a favorite among everyone of you as well. Here is the recipe for the yummy and mouth watering Dosa :). Checkout my other Dosa varieties as well.
Ingredients:
- Dosa Batter – as needed
- Potato Masala – as needed
- Ghee/Oil/Butter – as needed
Serves – 1 laddle batter (1/4 cup) /dosa
Cooking Time – 5 min/dosa
Preparation:
- Prepare the Dosa batter as explained in this recipe. Prepare and have the Potato Masala ready.
- Heat the skillet, pour a ladle of batter and spread it into circle using the back side of the ladle. Make it as thin Dosa. No need to flip the other side. Drizzle the oil/ghee around the Dosa.

- Cook it in the medium flame, when it gets cooked spread the 3 to 5 tbsp of Potato masala (or as to your liking) and place it the center. Close the Dosa and take it out.


Note:
- If your Dosa Batter is thick add 2 to 3 tbsp of water and mix it.
